Footprints at Preston Beach is a Rapley Wilkinson Development. It is the first of a series of innovative ‘beach shack’ resorts to be developed by the company.
The development is on a 4-hectare site close to the beach, 35-minute drive south of Mandurah, at Preston Beach.
The resort comprises of 102 beach shacks and 28 larger two-storey townhouses in a similar style. All have a large timber deck with BBQ and are fully furnished and equipped for hassle-free holidays, with a dishwasher and microwave in the kitchen and a washer and dryer in the separate laundry.
The resort’s amenities include a restaurant, two heated swimming pools, BBQ areas, tennis court, children’s playground and parking areas for boats and
bikes.
While the resort has a casual ambience to reflect the traditional holiday style of the area, the shacks are stylish and bold and were designed by leading architect James Christou.
