Rapley Wilkinson was a member of an Australia-wide syndicate formed to develop this resort.

 

The elegant modern design by architects Rothe Lowman draws on the traditional architecture of Broome.

 

Fastidious attention to detail has resulted in a level of quality unsurpassed in the region. Fixtures and fittings are superior to anything previously built in Broome.

 

The completed resort consists of 167 rooms made up of fully furnished and equipped studio rooms, 1 and 2 bedroom self contained apartments and 3 bedroom villas.

 

Completing the resort are 3 pools, a restaurant, retail outlet and day spa.

 

The Resort was developed over three stages. Stage 1 was completed in October 2005 and the resort opened in November 2005. Stage 2 opened at
Easter 2007 and Stage 3 opened in July 2007.
